Please head HERE to start the process!

You have 20 days after purchasing an item to start the return process. After that the window will expire and items will be marked as unreturnable. All jewelry, hats, and items marked "final sale" are not returnable.

We are committed to processing orders promptly and we do our best to ship in-stock items within 2-3 business days after an order is placed. Depending on your selection of shipping times, US delivery will take from 2-7 business days. Peak times such as Black Friday and other sales may delay this process as we do our best to fulfill a higher volume of orders.

For missing packages please contact your local post office with your tracking number. We are not not responsible for any lost merchandise after it leaves our warehouse - however we encourage you to reach out to us and we will do everything possible to assist with the recovery of your package.

Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 10 days of receiving your items. Please take a picture of the damaged area and email help@clothandcabin.com with the pictures and a brief description of the damage. We will reach out to you within 1 business day to get you taken care of.
