01Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase on the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Minors may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

02Products, Pricing & Availability

We work hard to describe and display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that colors, details, and descriptions are error-free, and screens may show colors differently. Many of our pieces are curated, seasonal, or in limited supply, so availability can change without notice.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these Terms.

03Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted once we send an order confirmation, though we may still cancel an order after confirmation in the circumstances described above. You are responsible for providing a valid payment method and accurate billing and shipping details.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

04Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. Title and risk of loss pass to you once your order is handed to the carrier. Details on returns, exchanges, and refunds are described in our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it before purchasing, as some items may be final sale.

05Interior Design Services

In addition to our shop, Maison Blanc offers virtual and full-service interior design. Design services are provided under a separate agreement or proposal that sets out the scope, fees, timeline, and terms for that work. Those service-specific terms govern the design engagement; these Terms govern your use of the Site and purchases of products.

06Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Program

By opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational messages from Maison Blanc.

How we handle information collected through this program is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.

07Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product photography, and the Maison Blanc name and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

08Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security.

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to us or our social channels, you grant Maison Blanc a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit, and it must not be unlawful, offensive, or infringe anyone's rights.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, and relies on third-party tools such as Shopify and hCaptcha. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.

11Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Blanc and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maison Blanc and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above, and changes take effect once posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
